What’s On The Menu?

With the Farm to Fork dinner swiftly approaching, times are busy for Rosita Ranch! We have approximately 40 tickets remaining available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the Premier Mushroom Grant Program and the Colusa Certified Farmers Market.

The dinner will directly follow the Farmers Market on June 22nd, at 6:00 pm at the Veteran’s Memorial Park. Join us for the farmers market and then enjoy food prepared by local restaurant chefs. The menu will be as follows:

Appetizer prepared by Rocco’s Bar & Grill

Salad from the Colusa Casino Resort
Vegetable Medley and Rice provided by The Refuge
Bread from Our Daily Bread
Oils by Organic Roots

Main Course:
Prime Rib and Vegetable Lasagna prepared by Market Street Grill

Dessert will be provided by Sweet Beans Bakery

Wines available from Colusa Landing, Grindstone Winery, and Capay Valley Wines
There will also be freshly infused water from Market Street Grill and Changes Salon kindly sponsored bottled waters.

In addition to a fantastic meal prepared by local professionals, we will be proudly joined by Amanda Gray, an up and coming country music singer/songwriter from Yuba City.
